  1. Wanscam 0045, ended operation after 1 year. Unable To P/u picture, motor does not move camera. Just the red light in front lighter up. Unable to take it out of “offline” mode. No malfunction instruction/tips followed the camera. Disappointed.
Camera willmost likelydende be scrapped. Unable to find any good instruction for faultfinding and repair.

    1. You can reset the camera to factory setting. Please press the reset button under or on the camera for about 1 minute until the camera reboots. Please make sure the power supply is connected to the camera when you are doing it.

  2. I can not reach the camera via p2p with “iSmartViewPro” and many Apk Android. What am I doing wrong. IP Camera Finder only works with -Not P2P option

    1. Why you not use official android app for Wanscam? After find camera with IP Camera Finder check remote port for administration. Login as administrator and setup the camera. You will find in setting the onvif url and port, I guess.
